Passengers who book and confirm any of the services will have accepted our Terms and conditions as follows:

Tour Prices include:

A1. Accommodation is based on half twin sharing for adults.
A2. Single travellers needs to pay the supplement indicated in our price list. For person travelling alone who desires to share a room, every effort will be made to assign such accommodation. However, if this is not possible, the Tour Member will have to pay a for a single room.

A3. 5-12 years old Child rate is based on sharing with two adults without extra bed. Rooms in European hotels are generally small, family room for four persons is extremely rare, kindly take note.

A4. Child sharing with one adult in a room needs to pay supplement.
A5. All meals, sightseeing and other items as specified in the itinerary.
A6. Transport between airport and hotel and porterage of one luggage not exceeding 20 kilo per person.

 

Tour Prices exclude:

B1. Cigarettes, wine, mineral water, laundry or other items of a purely personal nature and/or items not specified in the as optional.

B2. Passport and visa fees.
B3. Expenditures of personal nature
B4. Local Airport tax, rail road tax; or ferry/sea port taxes
B5. Excess baggage (you are entitled to 20 Kg.)

Reservation and Cancellation of tours:

C1. Upon confirmation of booking, 60 sterling pounds or equivalent is required for seat reserved or 10% or the tour fare. Balance payment to be completed by 21st day before departure.No refund or reduction will be made to any Tour Member in respect of accommodation meals, sightseeing tours or any other services which are included in the tour fares but not utilised by the Tour Member for any reason or whatsoever.

C2. Cancellation fees per person shall be imposed as follows :-

* Over 45 days ( from date of departure) Sterling Pounds.60 or the deposit paid
* 21 to 44 days ( from date of departure) 20% of tour fare or maximum Sterling Pounds.120
* 5 to 20 days ( from date of departure) 35% of tour fare
* 04 days ( from date of departure) 50% of tour fare
* Under 4 days ( from date of departure) 100% of tour fare

 

Travelling Insurance:
We strongly recommend all tour members to purchase a form of travel insurance to cover any losses that might occur.

Our responsibilities:

The company and/or its associated agents act only as agents for the transportation companies, hotel contractors and other principals, an tickets, vouchers and documents are issued subject to those terms and contracts under which these services are provided.

 

Every person participating in any tour or holiday organised by the Company and/or its associated agents shall be regarded in every respect as carrying his/her own risk. The company and/or its associated agents shall not held responsible to any person as a result of the following :-

 

 

D1/ Inaccuracy, wrong description or charges to any tour in its itinerary.
D2/ Additional expenses due to delays or changes in air or any transport services, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or other causes.

D3/ The company assumes no liability for any damage or loss of baggage, personal effects or accidents. It is a responsibility of the passenger to effect insurance. If luggage is lost or damaged through neglect on the part of the company or its servant or agents, the maximum liability per baggage will be 150 pounds or equivalent..

D4/ Deportation or refusal of entry of Tour Member by immigration Authorities resulting from the possession of unlawful items or holding improper travel documents or other causes or whose behaviour and activities are considered as subversive by the foreign government concerned.

D5/ Or insufficient passport validity of at least 6 months from the date of departure of the countries visited.
D6/ Notwithstanding the place or country in which a cause of action arises, it is expressly agreed here to that all causes of actions shall at all times to commenced within the jurisdiction and territory of your destination.

D7/ Unable to organise any extend stay or flight home.

 

 

The company reserves the rights to the following:

 

E1/ The Company and/or its associated agents reserves the right to alter or modify with or without prior notice the itineraries, travel arrangements and hotel accommodation in any way necessary, or withdraw the services of an accompanying tour manager, due to circumstances over which the operations have no control.

E2/ An English speaking guide will be used for city tour should a shortage of Chinese speaking local guides arise.
E3/ The Company also reserves the right to cancel or withdraw at any time bookings made by or on behalf of Tour Member prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including insufficient number of passengers in which no liabilities whatsoever shall be borne by the Company in respect of such cancellations or withdrawal. The decision of the company shall be final and conclusive. Money paid by such Tour Members towards booking fees shall be refunded to them.

E4/ Should there be difficult and uncooperative Tour Members during the tour, whose act and conduct deems to be unreasonable and detrimental to the enjoyment, interests, well-being and safety of the other Tour Members and the smooth running of the tour in general, the Tour Manager concerned possesses full discretion to deal with such persons as he/she deems fit, including require him/her to leave the tour. The decision of the Tour Manager in this respect is final and conclusive and the company shall not make refund for any uncompleted part of the tour.

E5/ Programmes, tour prices, services and conditions are based on the situation applicable at the time of the publication of this brochure and are subject to change with or without prior notice.

E6/ The information in this brochure is correct to the best of the Company's knowledge at the time of publishing, but the Company cannot guarantee that any item or amenity mentioned will always be available especially where the company has no direct control over it.
