The Country us a small, friendly and economic hotel, popular with the budget-minded traveller and students. It is conveniently situated in the heart of London within easy walking distance from Euston and King's Cross stations as well as Covent Garden, Oxford Street and the British Museum. All 175 rooms are centrally heated with wash basin (no shower or toilet in the room, they are located outside the rooms). One bathroom to every four bedrooms, radio, TV and telephone. There is a pouplar bar which serves delicious, reasonably priced,m lunches and dinners and conference facilities for up to 100 delegates. Our porters will organise theatre or sightseeing trips. This hotel belongs to the Imperial Chain of hotels all situated in the same area. (The nearest tube station is only 5 minutes walk away, the Russell Square station served by Piccadilly directly).

The hotel is also sitting on top of the Piccadilly Station, served by underground lines: Bakerloo and Piccadilly lines.
