Built around 1860, since taken by the Malaysian Kung family, it has recently been completely refurbished to a very high standard (almost a three star level) . 60 bedrooms, (mixture of twins and one large double queen size bed) plus 2 suites for families. All of our rooms have ensuite with new shower/bathrooms, hair dryer, direct dial telephones, remote control TV, tea and coffee making facilities.
Located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel is the internationally renown Whiteleys Shopping Centre which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel and the popular facilities of Queensway with its international cuisine.
The hotel is 2 minutes walk from Queensway underground station, with connections to the Central Line which takes you to Oxford Circus, Holborn, St Paul and Liverpool Street stations and minutes walk from Bayswater underground station with connections to the District and Circle Line, taking you to Paddington Station, Westminster and Tower Hill. In addition, the Airbus from Heathrow stops immediately outside the entrance to the hotel reception area.
